At Pregrad School for Professionals, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and career outcomes. Every program we offer is carefully designed with industry experts and leading academic institutions to ensure our learners receive exceptional value.
That said, we understand that questions around payments and refunds may arise. Please read the following policy carefully before enrolling in any program.

General Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy. Once the enrollment is completed and payment is made, refunds will not be applicable under any circumstances, except in cases clearly outlined below.
Valid Scenarios for Refund
Refunds will only be processed under the following condition:
Service Not Rendered:
If the program or course you enrolled in does not begin as per the scheduled timeline and no learning service has been provided, and there is no official communication regarding a rescheduled start, you are eligible to request a refund.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be applicable under the following situations:
Change of mind or decision after enrollment
Personal or professional schedule conflicts
Lack of participation in live classes or missed sessions
Inability to access sessions due to personal device/network issues
Discontinuation of course by learner after partial completion
Delay in sessions due to natural calamities, emergencies, or situations beyond our control
In Case of Natural Calamities or Unforeseen Circumstances
In rare cases where classes are delayed or paused due to natural disasters, national emergencies, pandemics, or force majeure events, the program will be resumed as soon as it is safe and feasible to do so.
No refunds will be issued in such cases as services will still be delivered, albeit with revised timelines.
Refund Request Process (If Applicable)
If you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund due to non-delivery of services:
You must submit a formal refund request via email to hello@pregrad.in within 7 days of the scheduled start date.
Our team will review the request and respond within 7–10 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
